There are no highways around. This has its advantages. By the day there is no danger, at night it is possible to be slept and to be listened to the waves of the sea. The house is very fresh in summer, but just in case, there is  air conditioned  in the first floor. In the garden there are a big parasol and two hammocks. The kitchen is totally equipped, but if you does not want to cook, there are many restaurants around, chiringuitos, freidurias , pizzerias, hamburguers, etc. Closely together there is a restaurant, call "Gallego", with very  frendly people, and for  nearly  6 euros, you have  three plates, dessert and drinks. It is a good alternative to consider. From Matalascañas the natural park of Doñana can be visited, the Dunar park, the 2niebla"castle, the caves of aracena, el rocio, carabelas of Columbus, Seville and much but. Everything in small excursions. Also to visit algarve or the part of Cadiz. If you like golf, you have a field of 18 holes in the back part of the house. If you like the water motor, the sailboats, surfing or to learn some water sport, you have schools and hire of boats to a passage of the house. In order to arrive to Matalascanas  there are two airports close. The one from Seville to 55 minutes of Matalascanas and the one in Jerez at 90 minutes.

Anoteher alternative is Faro, in Portugal at 90 minutes by car.
